FOCCO was founded by Mati Canzani, a lifelong coffee drinker who turned passion into craft.
With a background in technology and data, he brings precision to roasting — measuring, testing and refining every batch.
But coffee is more than numbers: it’s sensory. Roasting is about balancing science and intuition.

We choose lots with character varieties and processes that speak clearly in the cup.
Relationships matter: responsible partners, seasonal freshness, coffees that shine across filter and espresso.
Roasting is gentle and precise, each profile cupped and adjusted until it reveals what’s already in the bean: sweetness first, balanced acidity, a clean finish.

We focus on 100% Arabica coffees: distinctive single origins that highlight variety, process and terroir and a carefully crafted house blend.
