Processing & Dispatch

We roast in small batches and aim to dispatch coffee orders within 1–2 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding bank holidays).

Brew Gear and equipment are dispatched directly from our partner’s fulfilment centre.
Average dispatch time: 1 working day.

You may receive your order in separate parcels if it includes both coffee and gear.
A tracking link will be emailed for each parcel once dispatched.

UK Delivery

    Free delivery on orders £25+ via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
    Orders under £25: flat rate shipping (Tracked 48).
    Upgrade to Tracked 24 at checkout.

 

  • Brew Gear & Equipment
    Standard tracked UK shipping: £4.95 for orders under £75.
    Free UK shipping for orders £75+.
    Estimated delivery: 2–4 business days.

Address Issues & Re-delivery

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout.
If a parcel returns to us or to our fulfilment partner due to an incorrect address or missed collection, we can resend it (additional postage may apply).

International Shipping

Delivery times vary depending on destination. Most parcels arrive within 5–10 working days, but please allow extra time for customs clearance.
