SHIPPING POLICY

Processing & dispatch
  • We roast in small batches and aim to dispatch all orders within 1–2 working days (Mon–Fri, excluding bank holidays).

• You’ll receive a tracking link by email once your parcel has been handed to the carrier.

UK delivery
  • Free delivery on orders £25+ via Royal Mail Tracked 48.
  • Orders under £25 ship at a simple flat rate (Tracked 48). You can upgrade to Tracked 24 at checkout.
Address issues & re-delivery

Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. If a parcel returns to us due to an incorrect address or missed collection, we can resend (additional postage may apply).

Our products are manufactured both locally and globally. We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value.
