Best enjoyed black through V60, filter machine or a modern cafetiere. Expect jasmine aromatics, lemon brightness and a sweet berry finish. A great introduction to fruity coffees without being overwhelming.

Behind the beans: A washed lot from the Koke Shalaye washing station in Yirgacheffe. Roasted in small batches in Stonehouse to preserve clarity and floral sweetness.
