Best enjoyed black through V60, filter machine or cafetiere. Expect bright tangerine, sweet berry notes and a clean, apple-like snap on the finish. A great introduction to fruity coffees without being overwhelming.
Behind the beans: A washed lot from the Koke Shalaye washing station in Yirgacheffe. Roasted in small batches in Stonehouse to preserve clarity and floral sweetness.
