Bright, floral and full of character. This is the coffee for people who want something a bit more expressive in the cup — clean tangerine, sweet berry and a crisp finish. Best enjoyed black through a V60, filter machine or cafetière.

Behind the beans: A washed lot from the Koke Shalaye washing station in Yirgacheffe, Ethiopia. Roasted in small batches in Stonehouse to preserve the clarity and floral sweetness.
