A seasonal lot from the Santa Ana region of El Salvador, produced at El Borbollón.

Naturally processed to highlight fruit character while keeping the cup balanced and sweet. Expect bright orange zest, rich toffee sweetness and a smooth cocoa finish that carries through the cup.

Comfortable enough for everyday espresso, but expressive enough to shine as filter.

Behind the beans:

This coffee comes from the Santa Ana region in western El Salvador, an area known for producing sweet, balanced coffees thanks to its volcanic soils and stable climate.

At El Borbollón mill the coffee is naturally processed, allowing the fruit to dry on the bean and develop deeper sweetness and complexity.

The result is a vibrant cup with citrus brightness, caramelised sweetness and a smooth cocoa body.
