A warm, sweet and gently fruity seasonal release — perfect for relaxed brewing.
Expect peach-like fruit notes, caramelised brown sugar sweetness and a soft cocoa finish.
Shines as pour-over or cafetiere, but works nicely as a gentle espresso too. Ideal for weekends, slow mornings or as a “guest coffee” for something different.
Behind the beans: Sourced from the Apaneca-Ilamatepec region of El Salvador. Roasted in small batches in Stonehouse as part of our rotating seasonal microlot series.
