A precision pour-over kettle that gives you real control over temperature and flow. The Fish Smart's gooseneck spout produces a stable, thin stream — consistent from the first pour to the last. Temperature is adjustable in 1°C increments from 40–100°C, with a HOLD mode that keeps water at your target temp and a dual display showing actual and target simultaneously.
600ml capacity, 304 food-grade stainless steel construction, and boil-dry protection for peace of mind. Suited to any brew method that benefits from temperature precision — pour-over, AeroPress, French press, or tea.
